Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within our standard handling time once payment is confirmed. Made-to-order or customized items may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Delivery Timelines

Local orders are typically delivered within 7-15 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take longer, generally within 3-4 weeks, subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delays caused by customs processing or unpaid duties are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund on the basis of late delivery.
