Order Refund / Cancellation

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are packed for dispatch. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If an item arrives defective or doesn't match what was ordered, we will review the claim and, where approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion, based on product availability and the nature of the issue.
