Change of Mind

We are unable to offer exchanges for a simple change of mind, on both local and international orders.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will happily arrange an exchange. Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery by emailing clear photos of the item to outfitbayclothing@gmail.com along with your order number, or call us at +92 328 2180029.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange unless the wrong item was delivered.
